Hey everyone,

With new models dropping left and right, what AI tools do you reckon are actually worth the time to learn properly in 2026?

For me the ones that stuck and save real hours:

- Claude (best for deep writing and reasoning)

- ChatGPT / o1 (voice, images, quick prototyping)

- Gemini (research and Google Workspace stuff)

- Cursor (AI coding editor, game changer if you code)

- Perplexity (fast cited searches)

- CrewAI or n8n (for simple agents/automation)

Plus basics like good prompting, RAG, and ethics spotting.

What's in your daily stack right now? Which one surprised you most this year?

Keen to hear, especially from creatives, devs or business folks.

I’m in a pretty similar spot to you, feels like we’ve hit the phase where it’s less about chasing every new model and more about which ones genuinely save time day-to-day. For me: - **ChatGPT** is still the default just because it’s the most “all-rounder.” Voice to text, quick iteration is hard to beat. - **Claude** I agree with, anything long-form or where tone actually matters, I switch over. It just feels less “AI-ish.” - **Perplexity** surprised me the most this year. I didn’t expect to us...

Pretty solid stack honestly. Mine’s similar, but if I had to narrow it down to the ones actually worth learning properly, I’d say ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. ChatGPT = best all-rounder\ Claude = great for writing/thinking\ Perplexity = fast research Biggest surprise for me has probably been Perplexity. Ended up using it way more than I expected....

Feels like in 2026 it’s less about chasing every new model and more about which tools actually make your day easier. For me, the big ones are still ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Cursor, and n8n. Not because they’re flashy, just because they’re useful again and again. Also fully agree on workflow design. A great setup beats a great model used randomly.
