Free tier being genuinely functional rather than artificially crippled is the right call for evaluation. I spent two weeks properly testing before committing to Creator. Most tools give you enough on free to see the interface, not enough to evaluate the quality on your actual use case. ElevenLabs gave me enough to be sure.
