Uploading specific characters and locations rather than describing them and hoping the model interprets correctly is the creative control shift that made Pika usable for actual branded content work rather than just for creative exploration. The gap between described visual elements and rendered visual elements in AI video is still large enough to make referencing the actual elements the right approach for any production use case.

Pika Scenes actually delivers on it to a degree I had not expected. Providing the specific elements and directing the composition changes the output in ways that description alone cannot achieve.
