Different use case angle on Murf than you usually see discussed so I want to write it up.
I work in digital accessibility for an organization with a large online knowledge base. A meaningful proportion of our users benefit from audio versions of written content, people with visual impairments, dyslexia, reading difficulties, or who simply absorb information better through listening. Producing audio versions of our articles and guides manually was never realistic at the volume of content we publish.

The Granular Voice Control is important for knowledge base content specifically. Different sections of a help article have different emphasis requirements. A warning needs different delivery than a standard instruction. Being able to set emphasis and pacing at the sentence level means the audio version reads like someone explaining something rather than reading a list.
