I need a “meeting notes + search everything later” system...is Mem AI the best option?

I’m trying to solve one problem: **I want to capture meeting notes fast and actually retrieve decisions/action items later.**

**What I need:**

- quick capture during calls (messy is fine)

- decent structure for action items / next steps

- powerful search so I can find “that one decision from 3 weeks ago”

- ideally works across laptop + phone

Mem AI seems built for this, but I don’t know how it performs when you’re 200+ notes deep.

**Questions for Mem users:**

1. Does it stay useful once you’ve got a big pile of notes?

2. Any workflow that makes it “click” (daily note, meeting template, tags, etc.)?

3. Do you trust it for important info, or do you still keep “official” notes elsewhere?
