The hybrid model makes more sense than either pure AI or pure human for certain content categories. Technical documentation that needs subject matter expertise is the clearest example. AI produces it at the right volume and speed. Human experts catch the places where the AI has slightly wrong or outdated technical details. Neither alone produces what you need at the quality and cost you need it.
