Gamma can rewrite a whole presentation for a different audience in seconds and that feature is changing how I work
I do strategy consulting and I regularly present the same underlying analysis to very different audiences. The board wants the high-level implications. The operations team wants the process detail. The finance team wants the numbers and assumptions. In the old way that meant three versions of the deck, each rebuilt manually from a master, each needing separate updates when anything changed.
Gamma has a Real-Time Adaptation feature that I want to describe specifically because I think it is undersold in most coverage of the tool.
You can tell the AI to adapt a presentation's language, depth and framing for a specific target audience while preserving the layout and structure. I take the master deck, tell Gamma to rewrite it for a non-technical executive audience, and it adjusts the language, removes the methodology detail and leads with implications rather than process. Then I tell it to adapt for the operations team and it flips back to process detail and practical steps.
Each version takes seconds rather than the hour or more of manual editing each used to. When the underlying analysis changes I update the master and re-adapt.
The Interactive AI Agent in Gamma also handles fact-checking claims with citations, adjusting tone, and translating entire decks, which are each useful on their own. The Ideogram 3.0 image generation for relevant visuals directly inside the deck removed a separate stock image hunting step.
Dynamic building blocks like embedded interactive charts mean the deck is not just slides with static images. Viewers can interact with the data.
