Most AI adoption stories are told by people selling something. This category exists for the version told by people who had to make it work.
Threads cover building the internal case for a tool, pilot design, rollout and training, measuring return honestly, and the change management problem that usually decides whether adoption sticks. The tools are rarely the hard part. The hard part is a team that quietly reverts to the old process after week three.
Cost discussions belong here too. Per-seat pricing that looked reasonable at five users behaves differently at fifty, and the total cost usually includes review time that nobody budgeted for.
