Beautiful.AI turned my spreadsheet into a slide deck and the charts matched the design automatically

Specific use case post because I think this is more useful than a general overview.

I had a quarterly business review with a lot of data that needed to become a presentation. The usual process: export charts from Excel, paste them into slides, spend twenty minutes making them look consistent with the rest of the deck, repeat for every chart. I had nine charts. I was not looking forward to it.

Beautiful.AI has a data visualization feature that I had not used before this. You bring in your spreadsheet data and it transforms it into charts that automatically match the design and color scheme of the slide they are placed on. No manual reformatting. The chart style adjusts to the presentation theme rather than looking like a foreign object you pasted in.

The Smart Slides behavior compounds this. As I added and adjusted content the layouts rebalanced themselves. A slide that had three bullet points and a chart reformatted cleanly when I added a fourth point rather than everything overlapping. That automatic rebalancing removed probably half the layout fiddling I normally do.

I also tested the Prompt-to-Presentation path for the first time. I described the QBR context and it generated an outline and initial slides that I heavily edited but were a faster starting point than a blank deck. The AI Content Suite for rewriting paragraphs within slides saved passes too.
