I organize corporate events for a living and proposal creation is one of the more time-consuming parts of the job. Taking scattered notes about a client's brief, venue options, catering ideas, entertainment, budget ranges, and turning all of that into a structured professional document that a client can approve takes hours.
Tried using Canva AI for this on a recent project and the Brainstorm to Document feature is the part I want to highlight. I opened the AI chat assistant, described the event type, client requirements and constraints in a few sentences and let it brainstorm. Then I asked it to format the output as a structured proposal. It organized everything into sections with headers, summary points and a logical flow that I then edited and added my own detail to.
The step from brainstorm to formatted document happened inside one conversation without me reformatting anything manually. That is the workflow shift.
The Interactive Presentation Builder is useful for client pitches where you want something more visual than a Word doc. It asked me clarifying questions about audience and style before generating a design, and gave me multiple layout options to choose from. The voice command editing, things like "make this section more formal" or "change the color scheme to something warmer", is faster than navigating menus for simple adjustments.
Brand Kit integration kept the proposal on-brand throughout without me applying styles manually.
