The network effects question is the honest challenge for any newcomer in this category. Virtuals has an established agent ecosystem, existing users, existing developer integrations and existing revenue flows. Xyber is starting from zero on all of those dimensions while the incumbent is continuing to develop. The fair launch mechanics may attract initial interest but the compounding advantage of an established network is what determines long-term competitive position.
