One practical test: try submitting a support ticket during a period of relatively low market activity and note the response time and quality. Then note the contrast during a high-volatility period. The copy trading feature being immature is worth watching as a potential value-add as it develops. The most interesting version of copy trading on a bot platform is not "copy this influencer's trades" but "copy the configuration of consistently performing bot operators whose approach matches your risk tolerance." The infrastructure for that kind of strategy replication exists in Pionex but the curation layer that would make it genuinely useful for most users is still developing.

The support responsiveness issue is the one that concerns me most when evaluating any trading platform because it becomes most important exactly when things go wrong at an inconvenient time. A bot behaving unexpectedly at 3am when markets are moving fast is not when you want to discover that support takes 48 hours to respond.
