BillingNow is an AI-assisted invoicing and billing workspace from Geneva-based Cappsule. It combines invoices, estimates, credit notes, expenses, payment tracking, clients and suppliers, projects, reporting, branding and recurring invoices in one product. Its AI assistant can create documents, record payments and answer questions about billing data through natural language. BillingNow also exposes a CLI and agent integrations for Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline and other shell-capable AI agents, allowing billing tasks to be incorporated into broader automated workflows.
