WhatAI OnSpace AI Forum Discussions
OnSpace AI is a prompt-based app builder for creating web, iOS, and Android applications without starting from a conventional development environment. Users can describe an idea in chat, import a publicly viewable Figma design, inspect and edit generated code, preview the result, connect a backend, add payments, and publish or export the project. The service is available through the web and mobile creator apps. The platform combines an AI builder with OnSpace Cloud, a managed backend described as an alpha service, and integrations for Supabase, GitHub, Stripe, RevenueCat, and Figma. GitHub sync provides code ownership, version history, bidirectional updates on the default branch, collaboration with developers, and the option to host elsewhere. Mobile distribution includes direct App Store submission for iOS and APK or AAB builds for Android. OnSpace AI is most useful for prototypes, straightforward MVPs, internal tools, mobile-first products, and founders who want a guided path from idea to a testable app. Production use still requires human review of authentication, permissions, database rules, secrets, payments, accessibility, performance, legal requirements, and store policies. Credit costs, external service fees, and app-store accounts also sit outside the apparent simplicity of the chat interface.
