Algomo has pivoted from customer support into B2B pipeline generation
The product now operating through newmode.ai combines website personalization, visitor deanonymization, an AI inbound agent, outbound experiences and LinkedIn ads.
By WhatAI Editorial ·
Algomo has become a different company than the one many AI directories still describe
Search for Algomo today and you can still find a familiar description: multilingual AI customer support, a Shopify chatbot, live chat, product recommendations and automated answers in more than 100 languages.
That was Algomo.
It is not the clearest description of the product in August 2026.
The current algomo.com redirects to newmode.ai, and the live product now positions Algomo around B2B pipeline conversion. The platform identifies website visitors, personalizes the website they see, uses an AI inbound agent to qualify and book meetings, creates personalized outbound experiences and generates account-level LinkedIn ads.
The shift is not cosmetic. It is a substantial product pivot.
Algomo's founder has publicly explained that the company originally focused on multilingual customer service, then noticed customers using the product to capture leads rather than simply answer support questions. That behavior pushed the company toward website and chat personalization. By 2026, the current product is effectively a connected account-based marketing and conversion platform.
That history matters because stale information is unusually easy to find.
The old Shopify listing remains live. The older help center still describes the customer-service product. Search results continue to repeat prices starting at $9 per month. Those pages are useful for understanding Algomo's history, but they are not the right basis for evaluating the platform the company is currently selling.
The current price begins at $200 per month.
The website is becoming the campaign
Most B2B marketing stacks treat the website as a relatively static destination.
An ad changes. An outbound email changes. A campaign changes. The website generally does not.
Algomo is built around the opposite assumption.
Its current Website Personalization product can change the actual website experience based on the account, segment, campaign, search intent, deal stage or other available data. That can include headlines, supporting copy, calls to action and other content. The company emphasizes that this is not merely a separate landing page or microsite.
That distinction is important.
A traditional ABM campaign might create one landing page for a target segment. Algomo's model is to let the prospect continue through the broader website while retaining the relevant personalized experience.
The user can create one-to-one experiences for major accounts, one-to-few experiences for named account groups or one-to-many experiences based on rules and firmographic filters.
The conversational editor also reduces the need for a marketer to build every variant manually. The user can describe the change in plain English and define conditions for who should see it.
The core value proposition is continuity.
If a visitor clicked an ad about a specific problem, the website should continue talking about that problem. If the visitor returns, the system can preserve the personalized session. If sales already knows the account, the website can reflect the information that matters to that buyer.
That is a stronger proposition than adding a company name token to a headline.
It is also easy to misuse.
Personalization only improves the experience when the underlying segmentation is accurate and the message is genuinely relevant. A page that confidently infers the wrong industry, pain point or competitive context can reduce trust faster than a generic page would.
The AI inbound agent now behaves more like an SDR
Algomo's AI Inbound Agent is another clear sign of the pivot.
The current product is designed to engage website visitors, qualify them, capture discovery information, route high-value leads and book meetings. It can use context from the visitor's campaign, identity and website experience rather than beginning every conversation with the same generic script.
That gives the agent a different role from the older support chatbot.
A support bot waits for a question.
An inbound sales agent is expected to move the conversation toward a commercial outcome.
Algomo describes four core behaviors: engage, qualify, route and book. The agent can connect qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson, sync context into HubSpot and alert teams through Slack.
The value is strongest for companies already paying to acquire meaningful website traffic.
If a SaaS company spends heavily on paid search, LinkedIn, content and outbound activity, then a visitor reaching the website is expensive. A traditional form may convert only a small portion of that traffic. An always-on conversational layer gives the company another chance to understand intent and create a meeting.
That does not mean every website needs an AI SDR.
Low-consideration ecommerce, simple self-serve products and sites with weak product-market fit may not benefit from adding another conversion layer. The more relevant buyer is a B2B company where a qualified meeting has substantial value and the existing website receives identifiable account traffic.
Website deanonymization changes the privacy conversation
The current platform also includes visitor deanonymization.
Algomo says the system can identify companies across 223 countries and can identify individual visitors in a smaller number of regions where it believes the legal conditions permit it. The current product page says full individual identification is available in 14 countries, opt-in identification through its partnership network in 159 countries and company-level identification in GDPR regions.
The company describes an opt-in partnership model in which users of certain external services consent to tracking, allowing Algomo to recognize those users later on participating customer websites.
This is a significant capability, and it deserves more scrutiny than a normal analytics feature.
Algomo says it has invested heavily in legal research and compliance across GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPL and other privacy frameworks. It also says users have opt-out rights and that EU and EEA deployment is restricted to company-level identification.
Those are vendor statements, not independent legal advice.
A buyer should involve its privacy or legal team before enabling person-level identification or automated outreach based on behavioral data. The relevant rules depend on geography, lawful basis, consent, disclosure, direct-marketing rules and the way the data is subsequently used.
The ability to identify a visitor does not automatically create the right to contact that visitor.
That distinction is particularly important when deanonymization feeds outbound sequences, ad audiences or personalized website content.
LinkedIn Ads turns ABM creative into a data problem
Algomo's current LinkedIn Ads product is designed for account-level personalization at scale.
A marketer can create one-to-one campaigns for priority accounts, one-to-few campaigns for selected groups or broader segment-based campaigns. The platform can generate copy, images and video using the account or segment data supplied by the customer.
The company also advertises one-click synchronization to LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CRM integration for engagement tracking.
This changes the economics of account-based creative.
The hard part of running one hundred account-specific ads is not deciding that personalization would be useful. It is producing, reviewing and publishing one hundred variants without turning the campaign into a spreadsheet nightmare.
AI can reduce that production cost dramatically.
The risk is that production becomes cheaper than review.
A marketing team that generates hundreds of ads still needs to check factual claims, competitor references, brand tone, account names, imagery and legal requirements. A personalization mistake in an advertisement is more visible than the same mistake inside an internal sales email.
The best use case is therefore not "generate as many ads as possible."
It is "make a level of account relevance economically possible, while keeping a human approval process around the final creative."
Outbound prospecting extends the same model
Algomo also supports outbound prospecting through personalized landing pages.
A user can upload a CSV, connect a CRM or use the product's search tools to create prospect records, then generate account or contact-specific landing experiences. The URLs can be distributed through Apollo, Outreach or other sequencing tools.
The logic is simple.
Outbound email frequently fails because the message is personalized but the destination is generic. A salesperson references a prospect's situation, the prospect clicks, and the website forgets everything the email appeared to understand.
Algomo tries to preserve the context.
That can make the transition from outreach to website feel more coherent.
Again, the quality depends on the data. A highly personalized page built on a bad assumption is simply a more elaborate mistake.
Pricing is now demo-led, not chatbot-style self-serve
The current pricing page is deliberately simple.
Pricing begins at $200 per month.
Growth includes personalized LinkedIn ads, AI-generated ad copy, website personalization, CRM integration and email support. Enterprise adds unlimited campaigns, custom integrations, a dedicated success manager, priority support and advanced analytics.
The site does not currently publish a more granular usage table for the Growth tier.
There is also no public per-seat pricing.
That is a major departure from the legacy Shopify offer, where the listing still shows Starter at $9 per month, Pro at $49 and Scale at $499.
Those figures describe the older chatbot product and should not be carried forward as current core-platform pricing.
The current commercial motion is much closer to a B2B marketing platform than a low-cost support widget.
For WhatAI, the cleanest representation is therefore a $200 starting price with Enterprise marked custom.
The platform is more interesting because the layers connect
None of Algomo's current features is completely unique in isolation.
Mutiny is known for website personalization.
Warmly and other intent platforms focus on identifying and engaging website visitors.
Qualified has built a major business around AI sales conversations on websites.
Clay, Unify and outbound platforms cover enrichment and personalized prospecting.
LinkedIn campaign tooling already exists across the marketing stack.
Algomo's argument is that these activities become more useful when they share context.
The ad knows the target account.
The website continues the message.
The visitor identification layer adds account or person information where legally permitted.
The AI inbound agent knows what campaign generated the visit.
The CRM receives the conversation and qualification.
The outbound workflow can continue with another personalized experience.
That connected loop is the real product.
Whether it works better than specialist tools depends on the maturity of each layer and the quality of the integrations. A platform that bundles five functions is not automatically stronger than five focused vendors.
It can, however, reduce handoffs.
For a small B2B marketing team, fewer handoffs may matter more than having the deepest possible feature set in every category.
The rebrand is still messy
One unusual aspect of the current product is that the brand transition is not completely clean.
algomo.com redirects to newmode.ai.
Some live pages identify the product as Algomo.
Other live pages use newmode.ai or NewMode.
The current privacy and terms pages are hosted on newmode.ai but still identify the contracting service as Algomo.
The LinkedIn presence also reflects the transition.
An independent April 2026 review describes NewMode as the rebranded Algomo platform, while the current Algomo website and legal materials continue to use Algomo in multiple places.
The safest interpretation today is that Algomo is the underlying company and product identity in transition, with newmode.ai as the current operating domain and NewMode as the newer market-facing brand.
For a directory record, preserving Algomo as the stable identifier is useful because that is the URL the user supplied and the name attached to the historical product, partner program and legal documents.
The aliases should include NewMode and newmode.ai so search users can find the same product regardless of which name they encounter.
The affiliate program has also moved with the pivot
Algomo currently has a live Reditus affiliate program that describes the product as AI website personalization.
The standard tier advertises 25 percent commission for 12 months. Higher performance tiers currently advertise 35 percent for 24 months after 15 paid referrals and 40 percent for 36 months after 50 paid referrals. The program uses a 60-day cookie and is auto-accept according to the current marketplace listing.
This is not the older customer-service affiliate story.
The marketplace description aligns with the current positioning around real-time website personalization and conversion.
WhatAI should document the program because it is commercially relevant, but should not insert an affiliate URL unless the actual WhatAI tracking link has been created and verified.
Privacy and commercial terms deserve attention
Algomo's current Customer Terms were last updated July 10, 2025.
They state that customer data remains owned by the customer, while Algomo receives the rights necessary to host, process and back up that data to provide the service. The terms also allow Algomo to use aggregated, de-identified usage data for business purposes such as improving the service.
The terms describe Algomo as a data processor under UK GDPR when handling customer data on behalf of customers.
They also state that paid subscriptions generally auto-renew, fees are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified, and quantities purchased cannot normally be decreased during the subscription term.
The privacy policy says Algomo is based in England and does not sell personal information.
These terms matter more than they did when the product was simply a chatbot.
The current platform can involve CRM data, behavioral data, advertising data, visitor identification, conversations and personalized website experiences. That is a much wider data footprint.
Enterprise buyers should therefore review the current DPA, security material, subprocessor information and exact implementation of visitor identification before rollout.
WhatAI's view
Algomo is a good example of why AI tool directories need active maintenance.
If this page were built from the first search results alone, WhatAI would describe a $9 multilingual support chatbot.
That would be wrong for the current buying decision.
The company has moved up the funnel and into revenue generation. The 2026 product is designed around converting existing website traffic into pipeline through visitor identification, website personalization, AI qualification, personalized outbound and LinkedIn advertising.
The most interesting idea is continuity.
Most marketing stacks lose context at every handoff. The ad knows one thing. The website knows another. The chatbot starts from zero. The CRM receives partial information. Sales has to reconstruct the story.
Algomo is trying to make those systems behave like one conversation.
That is a meaningful problem.
The product should still be tested carefully because several of its strongest capabilities are also its riskiest. Visitor deanonymization raises privacy questions. AI-generated account-level copy can produce confident mistakes. Automated meeting qualification can misread intent. Website personalization can become creepy when it reveals too much about what the system believes it knows.
The right evaluation is not a generic product demo.
Take one real campaign.
Choose a small set of target accounts. Personalize the website for them. Run one controlled LinkedIn or outbound workflow. Let the inbound agent handle conversations. Track what the system identifies correctly, how much human correction is needed, how many meetings are actually qualified and whether the personalized experience feels genuinely more useful than the generic version.
Then compare the result with the specialist tools the team already uses.
If the connected workflow produces more qualified pipeline with less operational work, the $200 starting price is easy to understand.
If the team still needs separate tools for every serious step and spends its time correcting personalized outputs, the bundling is less valuable than it first appears.
The biggest update is therefore not a feature.
It is the fact that Algomo has changed the problem it is trying to solve.
The old product tried to automate customer service.
The current product is trying to stop valuable B2B website traffic from disappearing without becoming pipeline.
Algomo has pivoted from multilingual AI customer service into a B2B pipeline platform now operating through newmode.ai. The current product combines website personalization, visitor identification, an AI inbound sales agent, outbound prospecting and personalized LinkedIn advertising.
What Algomo is actually best at now
Algomo is strongest when a B2B team already generates meaningful website traffic and wants campaign context to persist across ads, website experiences, AI conversations, qualification and CRM handoff. Its differentiator is the connected workflow rather than any single standalone feature.
Where Algomo can be a poor fit
Algomo is less compelling for companies with little qualified website traffic, simple self-serve conversion paths or teams that prefer deep specialist tools for each layer. Visitor deanonymization and account-level personalization also require careful privacy, accuracy and governance review.
