ElevenLabs Studio is a full timeline editor now and I made a short film entirely inside it

I want to write about a specific project I completed because I think it illustrates what ElevenLabs has become better than a feature list does.

I produced a two-minute animated short using only ElevenLabs. No separate video editor, no separate voice tool, no separate image generator. Everything happened inside one platform.

The workflow: I generated the character images using the Flux model inside ElevenLabs, then used those images as Start Frames for video generation using the Kling model, which gives the motion continuity from the character design I had established. The AI Lip-Syncing matched the character mouth movements to the ElevenLabs voice I had cloned for the character. I layered background music and sound effects in the Studio timeline editor alongside the video clips and voiceover.

The Topaz upscaling integration brought the final resolution up to something genuinely sharp before export.

What that workflow replaced: a Midjourney or Firefly session for images, a separate Runway or Pika session for video, a separate ElevenLabs session for voice, and a timeline editor like Premiere or CapCut to stitch it all together. Four tools became one and the asset handoff steps between them disappeared.

That consolidation is not just convenient. When images, video and audio are generated in the same platform with shared context, the consistency between them is better than when you are transferring assets between separate tools.
