Gumloop is a paid, cloud-hosted AI agent and workflow automation platform for individuals, teams, and enterprises. It combines adaptive Agents, which choose tools and steps for open-ended work, with visual Workflows, which execute a defined sequence of nodes for repeatable automation. Users can connect business apps and MCP servers, create reusable Skills, ground agents in Brain knowledge sources, run code in sandboxes, generate artifacts, schedule or trigger work, publish interfaces, and deploy agents through Gumloop, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email. Gumloop includes a natural-language building experience, multiple commercial and open-source model options, human approval controls, evaluations, reflections, checkpoints, usage logs, and enterprise governance. The current self-serve Pro plan starts at $37 per month with 20,000 monthly credits, unlimited seats, five concurrent workflow runs, 25 concurrent agent chats, unlimited teams, and one hosted MCP server. Gumloop has retired its renewable free plan. New accounts receive a one-time, card-required 14-day Pro trial that automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled. Credits are usage based, do not roll over on Pro, and can incur capped overage charges when enabled. Enterprise pricing is custom and adds controls such as RBAC, SAML and SCIM, audit logs, custom retention, model governance, data exports, workflow queuing, VPC deployment, and expanded MCP hosting. Gumloop is best evaluated with one well-defined process, representative data, least-privilege credentials, approval gates for writes and deletes, explicit acceptance tests, and a conservative credit cap.
