Lindy.ai is an AI teammate and no-code agent platform that works across Slack, email, calendars, meetings, text messages, a browser interface, and connected business systems. Its current product gives each team member a private Lindy in direct messages while providing a shared Lindy in approved Slack channels. It can answer questions from connected sources, prepare decks and reports, investigate changes across systems, run multi-step handoffs, and execute recurring routines. The platform combines ready-to-use assistant features with configurable automation. Lindy can triage inboxes, draft replies for approval, schedule meetings, prepare users before calls, join supported meetings as a visible participant, record and transcribe them, organize meeting knowledge, and draft follow-ups. Teams can use built-in skills, teach reusable skills, maintain editable memory in files, connect more than 1,000 integrations or MCP servers, and build custom agents with conditions, loops, knowledge bases, human approval steps, phone calls, code, HTTP requests, and computer use. Lindy is priced per user and meters work through pooled credits. The current self-serve plans are Plus, Pro, and Max, with Enterprise for security and enablement requirements. It is best treated as an operational system with controlled permissions and accountable owners, not an infallible employee. Source access, prompts, routines, credit budgets, approvals, auditability, and the accuracy of every external action need deliberate review.
