WhatAI Pabbly Connect Forum Discussions

Pabbly Connect is a browser-based workflow automation platform for moving data and actions between business applications. Users build a workflow from a trigger and one or more action steps, map fields between apps, then add filters, routers, schedules, delays, iterators, formatters, parsers, code, approvals, and error recovery. Pabbly says the platform supports more than 2,000 application integrations across CRM, email, marketing, e-commerce, payments, productivity, messaging, spreadsheets, databases, forms, support, and developer tools. Instant webhooks can start workflows in real time, while scheduled and polling triggers support apps that do not send events. External action steps generally consume tasks. Triggers and Pabbly's listed internal operations, including filters, routers, formatters, schedules, iterators, parsers, and several data utilities, do not consume the monthly task allowance. The platform also includes shared folders, team access on eligible plans, custom variables, manual and automatic re-execution, JavaScript and Python steps, human-in-the-loop approvals, an AI Assistant, and an MCP server that can expose selected workflow actions to clients such as Claude. In June 2026, Pabbly published a Platform API and Node SDK guide for software teams that want to embed Pabbly-hosted app authorisation and token vending inside their own product. Pabbly Connect is distinct from the newer Pabbly AgenticAI product, which creates automations from prompts. Pricing is unusually complicated. A free account currently advertises 100 tasks per month. The main page also shows recurring Standard and Unlimited plans, while a separate offer sells lifetime plans for one-time payments. The public lifetime page lists Standard at $349 for 3,000 monthly tasks, Ultimate at $799 for 10,000, and Ultimate Plus at $1,298 for 20,000. Agency plans are separate and distribute larger task pools across sub-accounts. Buyers must verify the exact checkout because official sources conflict. Pabbly's current terms say a one-time plan is capped at 10,000 tasks, contradicting the 20,000-task offer. The offer pages promise a 30-day money-back guarantee, while the terms describe the policy as applying only to the first recurring-plan purchase and exclude some promotions. The free page also says both unlimited workflows and a maximum of two workflows. The recurring Unlimited plan is subject to fair use, begins with 100,000 tasks, can be reset manually once per day, and is limited to one business. Pabbly Connect is strongest for small businesses, operations teams, agencies using the proper agency product, and technically comfortable builders who can test a defined process and benefit from lower task counting or one-time pricing. It is less suitable for buyers who need perfectly consistent public plan documentation, a native autonomous-agent workforce, self-hosting, or a regulated deployment without a detailed review of credentials, data movement, retention, provider terms, permissions, logs, support, and failure recovery.
