The main page also shows recurring Standard and Unlimited plans, while a separate offer sells lifetime plans for one-time payments. The public lifetime page lists Standard at $349 for 3,000 monthly tasks, Ultimate at $799 for 10,000, and Ultimate Plus at $1,298 for 20,000. Agency plans are separate and distribute larger task pools across sub-accounts. Buyers must verify the exact checkout because official sources conflict. Pabbly's current terms say a one-time plan is capped at 10,000 tasks, contradicting the 20,000-task offer. The offer pages promise a 30-day money-back guarantee, while the terms describe the policy as applying only to the first recurring-plan purchase and exclude some promotions. The free page also says both unlimited workflows and a maximum of two workflows. The recurring Unlimited plan is subject to fair use, begins with 100,000 tasks, can be reset manually once per day, and is limited to one business. Pabbly Connect is strongest for small businesses, operations teams, agencies using the proper agency product, and technically comfortable builders who can test a defined process and benefit from lower task counting or one-time pricing. It is less suitable for buyers who need perfectly consistent public plan documentation, a native autonomous-agent workforce, self-hosting, or a regulated deployment without a detailed review of credentials, data movement, retention, provider terms, permissions, logs, support, and failure recovery.
