The short version: three projects with complementary capabilities were competing for the same pool of AI-curious crypto investors, fragmenting attention and liquidity. The merger addresses that directly.

But the deeper reason is that decentralized AI infrastructure needs to demonstrate it can operate at scale. A unified superintelligence network with combined resources makes a more credible case than three smaller projects each claiming to be "the" AI blockchain.
